      Great pay, best training grounds for agents and leaders. Lots of benefits and perks. I would recommend to newbie to join and start strong!

      Cons

      No Pradeep in iloilo! Power tripping tenured SOM, OM and some TL. Work life balance 50/50 as VL can't be approved 100%.

      Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

      Cons

      Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
