Pros

good thing about working with iqor people they really have a strong support team that will help you grow in the field you are in really a great ground for getting CSR experience

Cons

metrics are kind of constant changing sometimes its hard to cope up to get the quarterly increase

Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

Cons

Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
