      Meet new people and create a career path if you have no job skills or experience otherwise

      Cons

      Pay is low and expectations are high. High turnover and low job morale. It's a place to work if you can work from home but keep looking for other opportunities.

      Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

      Cons

      Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
