      Hiring process is the best

      Cons

      Benefits and the environment, break is only 10 minutes VTO and extra lunch always no voice for employee. you need to be in the site 1 hour before your shift to find a working station.

      Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

      Cons

      Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
