Bonuses, great supervisor, some flexibility with work schedule

Cons

Customers can be very stressful at times. Learning bonus structure and meeting quality assurance requirements is stressful in the beginning. But definitely gets easier.

Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

Cons

Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
