No opportunities for promotion, sales driven, lack of proper training and leadership, dealing with other companies problems and issues which your not responsible for, having to read verbatim from a script or you'll lose your job, constantly being threatened with termination and being reminded your just a number, lack of employee appreciation, healthcare offered is terrible, stress of management, supervisors, and customers is too much to handle at times. I know this review says former employee so you probably think I got fired but I didn't I found a new job doing something I love and figured after 5+ years with a company that didn't appreciate my efforts or provide an opportunity to advance id try something new with a different company doing what I love each and every day. I won't get into specifics so I can remain anonymous but I assure you will experience high levels of stress with this job.
