      You work for clients and trick yourself into thinking you actually work at the company IQore makes cold calls for.

      Cons

      No career growth, horrible pay, denied pay raises for different reasons that are not factual, leadership is non existent. You are a very very replaceable number to them.

      Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

      Cons

      Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
