Pros
Perhaps the name on your resume. The location is good, with lots of restaurants and stores around. Somewhat flexible hours and the ability to have a half day every other week if you work an extra hour 4 days within that same week.
Cons
New management trying to initiate changes in areas they are very unfamiliar with, creating MUCH more work for everyone. Not enough people for the workload, so everyone has too much on their plates and management's answer to that is basically, "Too bad". TOO many useless meetings. TERRIBLE benefits package for a company that size. Their over the top idea of "chain of command" completely contradicts their "open door policy". Horrible place to work and I am glad I left!!!
