Highly political. Salaries and benefits are not remotely competitive with similar companies. At a high level, very young and inexperienced people are given preferential treatment if they started as interns. This results in many people being elevated inappropriately above others who have far more experience both at iHeart and other companies, such as people who move swiftly from intern to vice president within a few years, despite a complete lack of management experience or applicable experience. An entire company operated this way = mass mismanagement of projects and budgets. Also, the company is $22 billion in debt, so nobody gets bonuses or raises.
