Pros

Somewhat modern office/technology, decent exposure to executives, that's about it.

Cons

Management in market finance team is extremely inexperienced, emotional, and easily frustrated by daily tasks. Team members back stab each other to be seen above others, all the while slaving away for hours on end with little to no benefit. General goal of the team was to automate work done by employees throughout the company so they could be terminated. Alienated employees for not being 'team players" because they had to go to doctors appointments... family dinners... catching the last bus/train before it stops running at midnight... They bully you into thinking that because it is a 'fast paced' environment, anyone not on par with their demanding expectations is not worthy of inclusion in the group. This is their own inability to teach and manage that creates this type of environment. The CFO of Stations is not as bad, but he is too busy and too uninterested to pay attention to the actions of management. Overall, the entire time is a bunch of self-important children and could use a dose of perspective.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
