Pros

There are some very smart, decided people at this company, especially if you're in the right decision or on the right team. It can be fun at times and the work life balance isn't bad.

Cons

Summary: low pay, terrible benefits, and incompetent upper management. It's difficult to fully convey how poorly run this company is; it's staggering how inept the upper management is. It's a top heavy company with maybe 15 different "presidents", sometimes reporting to each other. They clearly never communicate with each other and the people they elevate to senior leadership roles are sometimes baffling. They have a habit of laying off some of the smartest, most dedicated employees at random times while keeping dead weight. Don't look for inspiring leaders here anymore; they've mostly been driven out. I've worked at a number of large companies and, while they had their problems, none of them were ever this badly run. They pay seems to be well below industry standards. They love to inflate titles but not pay the going rate. As a policy, they do not give anyone raises unless you get promoted, which only happens if you pay their games. They'll cut out bonuses and benefits at the drop of a hat (401k match was suspended for nearly 2 1/2 years with the pandemic as the excuse). Vacation time is pitiful and the health plans are a joke. Be ready to shell out big bucks for any medical procedure even if you have the top plan. The worst part is I really liked my job and team when I was there. It's hard to watch good people being treated so poorly by a company that literally doesn't know what it's doing.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
