Cons
Way too many initiatives. Local management cares more about Salesforce activity than actual activity or sales. With everyone working from home 4 days a week, many people are not really working. Support is weak. The training that we have is either designed towards multi-market deals or huge deals. The local sales training is absolute garbage. There are continued problems with digital fulfillment and strategy. Radio is dying and becoming more and more difficult to sell. The company does not do very much to promote or advertise itself or our talent. Basically, everything is done on the buddy system. If the market president doesn’t think you will protect her above all else, you might as well just leave.
