Pros

Large company with name recognition and resources in their larger markets. Opportunities for "syndication" through their premium choice programming. People of color and women in managerial roles.

Cons

Doesn't care about employees, everyone is expendable No real coaching or talent grooming They value celebrities over employees Still very much so male-dominated and sexist, discriminatory men in decision making roles Small markets are still paying the same exact part-time wages for over 10yrs without increase with cost of living Morale is low because everyone is always fearing they will lose their job Rules don't apply to everyone. Favortism is in full swing for EVERYTHING Many #METOO experiences and observations that go unreported based on lax company culture and unprofessionalism from the top down. No work life balance. The expectation is that your life IS the job, and if you aren't participating in the extras and "showing face", its not only frowned upon, but can cost you the job.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
