Pros

The product itself, radio and TV programming/marketing is fun and challenging. There are some talented people in the organization

Cons

The home office is relentlessly fixated on maximizing profits to the detriment of the product. Corporate made the statement several times: "We are in the business of selling advertising. Not entertainment." and this mindset hurts the company and contributes to its shrinkage in use.

Pros

incredible place for growth both professionally and personally. great leadership that is supportive and cares about your success. opportunities to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to meaningful campaigns that make an impact. tools and resources are top notch and strong brand recognition.

Cons

like any sales role, high expectations come with pressure to not only meet but exceed revenue goals. can be a very fast paced environment for some.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
