Pros
- Good work/life balance most of the time - Access to cool musical performances from huge artists in office and at the Theater Hackathon - Amazing people, they were the one reason I stayed as long as I did - Great culture, such fun people and a fun office environment
Cons
- Ineffective Managers - No raises, no bonuses (even though we were promised a bonus when hired) - No room for growth if you are a woman. I watched every single man (not exaggerating) on my team get a promotion, but not a single woman did, even if they had more experience and skill. - Women were handed house-keeping type tasks where men on the team were given the exciting, challenging skill-based tasks to work on. - When you bring up concerns to management they are swept under the rug
