Pros

Fun environment - when you're not slammed with campaigns and last minute projects or delegated other people's work. Lots of great event experiences and a decent environment to start out your career. Casual nature, small teams, and a good amount of passion from some carry most of the offices.

Cons

Management. All management. From local market, to regional, to the top of corporate. The poor management has run off or laid off countless talented, hardworking, and loyal people all to turn around and funnel those salaries into go-nowhere company projects or to corporate bonuses. Somewhat a toxic environment where favorites are picked, regardless of work ethic, and departments are pitted against each other with little regard for the fact that it needs to be a cooperative environment, not the Hunger Games. Skewed view on goals and no regard for employees, whether salary or work load-wise. Also - the pay is ATROCIOUS for the level of work and the cost of standard of living. Don't even get me started on the benefits...

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
