Pros

Honestly the other staff are good people, you are extremely challenged (if you see this as a good thing), snacks and monthly team lunches

Cons

Zero work life balance, management blame staff for not meeting targets but they set unrealistic expectations. When you are unhappy you get told to suck it up or quit. Bullying by upper management and its just a sad thing to see c-suite so obsessed by share price they will keep at it with any cost. Turnover is through the roof.

Pros

Incredible First Month I’ve only been here for 30 days, but my experience has been absolutely amazing. Seamless Onboarding The interview process was incredibly thorough, allowing me to meet so many team members that I felt like I already knew a ton of people before my actual first day. Warm & Friendly Team I am surrounded by brilliant, incredibly friendly colleagues who have been so patient and welcoming. Immediate Support & Growth I already feel deeply supported by management, and it’s clear from month one that they genuinely care about my professional development and future career growth. Amazing Office Location The office is in a fantastic, lively location that is super convenient and full of amazing lunch options! Tons of Events In just four weeks, I've already participated in some of the tons of events and team-builders they host, making it incredibly easy to bond with my new coworkers. The Verdict Even just one month in, it is obvious that this company truly invests in its people and offers a fantastic social atmosphere!

Cons

The only real downside is that between the amazing office location and the endless supply of incredible snacks, my willpower is completely gone—it’s near impossible to eat healthy here!

Pros

High potential for innovation and to be an Australian success story, if cultural challenges are addressed Truly talented team members with a lot to offer, provided their expertise is recognised and they are empowered Modern office with good equipment, well stocked kitchen and generous perks

Cons

Engineering and Product managers lead squads but often have limited expertise, leading to forceful top-down direction that can feel disconnected from reality. Limited flexibility despite external messaging—WFH is discouraged, and work hours and office attendance is closely monitored. Leadership appears to prioritise optics over meaningful internal change. Pressure exists to maintain a positive public image and share positive reviews while concerns about culture and turnover are dismissed. Solutions are frequently driven by trends or free Salesforce tools, with limited input from subject-matter experts. Teams are expected to support top-down projects that are not fit for purpose, and are held accountable when issues arise. A culture where problems are hidden or blamed on a scapegoat is enforced. Assertiveness and playing politics is rewarded over collaboration and competence, making it difficult for healthier leadership styles to thrive and limiting the likelihood of meaningful change.
