Not difficult but highly tedious. 4 Stages: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Technical Assessment, Culture Fit Interview. The panel that handle your technical assessment are not the hiring manager/s. It's a different person at each stage. Expectations are inconsistent across all stages. One stage may want to hire you on the spot, the others may not agree. I just hope, like other reviews here, the hiring team can agree on a general direction on what they expect from a candidate.

First round is basic leetcode with 2 easy to medium question, Techincal reviews to drill down system design and behavioral questions. I am not in my best shape, should practice more on leetcode
