This position is unique that it allows you to work as much or as little as you want from wherever you want. You need to hit certain metrics and be in good standing with the company to enjoy the freedom the most, but it is possible. The tools that are given are enough to enable you to have success. But you have to listen and not hear what you want to hear.
Cons
Because people do not listen during the interview process, there is frequent turnover due to people not understanding what it takes or are simply not willing to do what it takes.
