Pros

Nothing good came of this opportunity.

Cons

- Favoritism; any positive reviews online are either pumped in from gpac management or from the favorites who rule the roost - No money. They preach opportunity yet don't even pay you a base salary. Instead its a draw you have to pay back. So literally you're in debt to them from day 1. - No actual management or business experience from 'Managers' - They convince you you'll have flexibility yet you get scolded and yelled at if you're not participating in after hours work and group chats. - Their training program is terrible and it is clear they hire in droves with the hope that something sticks. Since they don't pay anyone, I guess they don't lose much. - Simply a toxic environment and they lie just to get you in the door to try to get at least a few months work out of you.

Hello We are so sorry to read about your experience. All of our pac members have the opportunity to grow if they decide to embrace the process and push themselves to meet their full potential. Although a draw against commission structure isn’t ideal for everyone, it provides unlimited income potential for our recruiters and many have seen great success. We always strive to be better and to keep improving, so all feedback is important to us. We encourage you to contact our Production Director, Jason Lawrenson, at 605-978-5436 to discuss your experience further.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
