Pros
- Quick promotions - Flexibility to work from home (sometimes)
Cons
-Line manager has no clue what issues there are going on. F2F meetings have no point as issues are never being resolved and employees are never kept content: they rather see you go instead of give you a raise/promotion -HR is pretty much non-existent -Dishonesty, false promises of promotions when being a hard worker. People that know people and are good friends with upper management get priority. -You have to hear from other people they got a raise although you started way before them. -Training after onboarding is non-existent -The job itself does not match the function title, very simple tasks. -Very unstructured and unorganized -Upper management misuses their functions to their own benefits -HUGE turn-over rate -Racist comments are accepted within this company, heard them enough about colleagues of color.
