-Flexibility to work remote occasionally -Good line manager
Cons
-Enormous pressure to bill hours rather than to perform contracted duties well -Poor follow through by upper management -No HR -Sorely understaffed - Dishonesty, False promises and inconsistency in metrics / pathway to promotion -No continuing training after onboarding -Poor initial training -Very unstructured and unorganized - Inadequate tools and resources to do job i.e slow computers, no real CTMS, horrible work phones etc.
