Pros
Known for the youthful and kind spirit present in all the employees. People matter! It's one of the pillars of the company, and they really try to hear everyone and help how they can. Transparency most of all. No secrets, no little games. From the CEO to the Junior Consultant everyone is always avaiable for any question you may have concerning your/your company future.
Cons
As any IT consultant, 8h per day is normally not enough! You won't have a stable life. If you're looking for that, go somewhere else because being a consultant is not for you.
