No growth opportunities in career. If you care for your career growth, look elsewhere. What you see is NOT what you get (WYSINWYG) in terms of caring for employees. Core values of the company brag about caring for their people. Didn't feel that after spending years or hard work at this outfit. No qualified sales team that means if the client ends the contract, pink slips are waiting for you.
