Pros
There is a lot of variety of projects and technologies. So is not hard to found something you can like and maybe, you have the luck of having a good boss. Full of Mediterranean people (Italian, Portuguese and Spanish people), so you are going to be in a really friendly space.
Cons
The management used to be crap. Do not really care about people even when they look like. They do not pay really well and they even want you to do overtime. But it could be worse. Weird to hear about agile and good practices in developments.
