What a mess! - Solutions Analyst everis Employee Review

They hired me from another country to work in Spain with international projects as I don't speak Spanish. After moving in to Spain they just allocated me in a Spanish project. I was supposed to be a Java Developer but my work was to check logs the entire day, a few months later they understood I was in a wrong position and found me a new allocation. After three weeks at the new project (the project was actually at the negotiation phase and I didn't worked at all) I've got an offer to a new company and moved. I was supposed to have an annual meeting, they moved the meeting 4 or 5 times and I never had. Terrible location. A LOT of juniors.
