Pros
- Free coffee - I had a mid manager that assumed all the extra work of the team (yes everything on one individual), so that went nice for me, since I didn't have to do much of the overtime. - Salary not too low but not decent either. - I met very valuable co-workers there. - I learned a little bit.
Cons
- Incompetent managers - Bad atmosphere - A lot of uncertainties. - A lot of overtime. Alhough not much for me I always had the pressure of overtime and meeting due dates. - Not enough room to eat and few microwaves.
