Pros
Good working environment. You get a great work experience in a short time (partly because of the extra hours). Fantastic social benefits (medical insurance, food checks, etc.).
Cons
It is not what it used to be in terms of promotions and professional careers are now very slow (if you do not have a strong sponsor then forget about promoting). Overtime depends on the project you were but is very common.
