Pros
Very nice and young environment at the office. You can tele-work one day per week.
Cons
Do not value people. Ask to work overtime without payment. Very bad HR policies: They only hire interns to make the work and pay them €500/month and give them a lot of responsibilities. Additionally, they promise them to be hired after the internship period but that never happens. High difference between top management and staff in terms of salaries. Very flat structure which makes you impossible to get promoted. Never give training to employees.
