      Pros

      The project manager and team members were all dedicated to the end goals. It was interesting to work with translations and add projects to meet other cultural norms.

      Cons

      Lack of organization within the corporate structure - Constant shifting goals - the pressure on the employees seemed astronomical - Without fast hires of contractors, there is no way they could meet their deadlines.

      Pros

      edCount is full of very smart individuals who are committed to making a difference in the education arena. While the work can be demanding at times, it is both interesting and fulfilling.

      Cons

      None - I am a firm believer that you get out of an experience what you put into it. It's all in one's attitude.
