Good interview process very nice the best interview I’m just typing these so I can get free. Access to what should be open information for all people trying to get jobs. Glassdoor should not privatize information and instead just sell advertising
Involves a skills test and further rounds of interviews. The skills test and interview were fine and typical. After inviting me for another round of interviews and asking for my salary range they ghosted me. Put your compensation range in the ads, people. And don’t inflate titles for what is essentially the role of a minion. I had gotten a somewhat unpleasant vibe from the way they had described aspects of the company culture (like only recently developing systems so that the most junior level people don’t get swamped with impossible workloads) and the disrespect of being ghosted really solidified to me that this is not a place I would have wanted to work.

Question 1
Skills test is a short exercise of editing, writing, and basic Excel skills
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at edCount (Washington, DC) in May 2015
Interview
I submitted my application and received a follow-up email after about a week and a half, requesting a Google hangout interview. During the interview, I spoke with a Policy Associate as well as a Research Assistant. Both were very informative about what the job entailed and what edCount did. A week after the interview I was asked to come in to DC for an in-person interview. They flew me in for the day and introduced me to the rest of the junior staff and HR. I completed an 1 hour assignment, was interviewed for another hour, and had time to ask questions.
