Pros

edCount acquires contracts for interesting projects geared at bolstering educational opportunities for English Language Learners and students with disabilities.

Cons

edCount utilizes a "sink or swim" tactic, providing little to no support for new hires. The workplace is very cold, with supervisors encouraged to berate their supervisees, and frequently lay-off employees after minor offenses. Extremely high turnover rate here. Very limited culture of upward promotion, and does not provide health insurance or benefits.

Pros

edCount is full of very smart individuals who are committed to making a difference in the education arena. While the work can be demanding at times, it is both interesting and fulfilling.

Cons

None - I am a firm believer that you get out of an experience what you put into it. It's all in one's attitude.
