Pros
Ability to work remotely. While this was good the reality was that most folks had to work 60 hour weeks. Tons of projects for varied experiences.
Cons
Everyone is overworked. And you are penalized for not meeting impossible deadlines. They have frequent layoffs and firings. Management doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. They fail to adequately communicate. Management needs training. Limited to no ability to progress. Management is not moving. Compensation doesn't include any benefits besides exceptional 401k.
