Pros

great co-workers and benefits. nothing more

Cons

They have had yearly layoffs over the last 4 or 5 years. This last one was after they had an "AI Competition" where they basically had the entire company AI themselves out of a job. They did this all while saying that AI is not there to replace you, but to enhance and help you. What a joke. The layoffs started taking place a few weeks after said competition deadline. There isn't any employment stability with this company at all. They care more about the agents than the teams that support those agents at the corporate level.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we don’t agree with all of it, we understand it comes from a place of deep frustration. That deserves respect, especially from someone who gave years to building eXp. Employee departures are painful. Full stop. It doesn’t matter how necessary or strategic they are. The human impact is real and we know that how these moments are handled matters just as much as why they happen. We also know that conversations about AI can trigger fear. Our intent is to help employees focus on the highest-value, most human parts of their work. It’s about increasing leverage, so each person’s work creates more value, not less. That will help us bring greater value to our customers. We’re proud of where we’re going. We’re also listening, learning, and trying to get better along the way. Your voice, and voices like yours, help shape that.

Create your own schedule. create your own market.

You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
