Zero corporate organization, constantly changing systems & platforms, lacking operational efficiency, does not have a high value on employee experience and often corporate employees play second fiddle to agent wishes & demands. No knowledge management so finding information is increasingly difficult. No change management, but constantly changing platforms after not implementing well or surveying staff for their opinions. No feedback loop or regular performance reviews unless requested.

Remote works is lonely many days. There are alot managers and staff in Canada leaving to other company for works or layed off. very poison work place with gossips and mean games. To much stressing work every day. Not recomending company for good work.
