      Trusted by brokers and you are allowed to run your business without micro-management, commission caps, offer revenue sharing, benefits are available, may buy stock in the company, cloud based, user friendly websites, no pressure, low cost.

      Cons

      Only con....Too many websites. Everything should be in one place. Hard to remember what website to go to for different business needs.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
