I think the company is great but working in the HR department, They will not set forth any goals, expectations for you. I asked my first month and it was so lax that I never knew where I needed to be in my career path. They are HORRIBLE with communication. The most disorganized company I’ve worked for in YEARS! And I worked for a mom-pop shop that had better communication and transparency than this HR department.
