Pros

Enjoyed meeting new people, script practice/role-playing strategic conversations with clients. Learned a lot about real estate business working on the back end of things. They will pay for your pre-licensing real estate courses if you decide to become an agent. Make sure you read any documents they ask you to sign, as the company may not tell you it’s a contract.

Cons

Within my first couple of months I witnessed a lot of turn around with new employees wavering. It’s wasn’t just real estate agents, they laid off office people as well. After 3 months of working there full time , I was told my position would be no longer, due to the owner wanting to cut costs and outsource the position. On June 8th I was laid off and told to come back once I obtain my real estate license. I field for unemployment and was denied, due to the owner being dishonest about my length of employment with the company.
