Pros

I started out at a smaller brokerage because I figured I don’t need the whole dog and pony show. Turns out it’s not as self explanatory as I thought so I joined an eXp team. Really like the opportunities that I do have if I need it, virtual brokerage I can ask questions to, and online marketing/lead capability. All you really need to do is keep following up.

Cons

Somewhat high fees if you’re not super active but they don’t bother you so I would say it’s worth it

You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
