Since this is a cloud based brokerage, if you are a new agent ask for a local mentor that’s willing to let you shadow them in the field at showings, open houses etc.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
