Pros

PTO WFH PAY Helping Patients HR- Can't blame them ours are pretty fantastic.

Cons

-Mandated OT bc of poor execution, company made issues. See below. -Poor training -People moved up too quickly which creates people not ready for roles promoted to this includes all levels -Horrible metrics -Bonuses locked behind team now even for personal bonus* even if high performing -Teams trying to meet numbers doing fraudulent (Sketchy) things. -Massive layoffs* mainly US. Mass hiring of outside US afterwards. -Quality is at an all time low. -No one listens at all levels -Poor attendance all the time which leads to people having to pick up the slack. -Hard work doesn't pay off here

Pros

eHealth Technologies has a collaborative culture with smart, driven people who genuinely care about saving patients' lives by helping to deliver timely, meaningful care. Leadership sets clear direction while trusting teams to execute. We are set high standards, with strong ownership, and a real focus on building scalable, high‑quality products that deliver meaningful results for patients and clinicians. Decisions are thoughtful and data‑driven, and cross‑functional partnership is excellent.

Cons

If you can execute in a fast-paced environment with high expectations - none. If you can't then you may struggle. Priorities can shift quickly as the business grows, which requires adaptability and comfort with change.

Pros

The company is made up of capable, professional people who are generally collaborative and committed to doing quality work. Teams are mission‑driven and supportive, and there is a shared sense of purpose around delivering value to customers. Opportunities exist to contribute meaningfully and grow alongside experienced colleagues.

Cons

As the organization evolves, priorities and processes continue to mature. There are occasional strategic adjustments that require flexibility, and alignment across teams is an ongoing focus rather than a fixed challenge.
