My manager and colleagues have always appreciated my work and supported my growth. Unfortunately, my manager was required to let me go due to decisions made by company leadership, which tends to follow a very traditional approach and was not open to implementing new ideas. My positive rating reflects my respect for my manager and colleagues, not the leadership

The CEO appears to lack clear visibility into some aspects of the business and needs therapy. This seems to be related to challenges in managing stress, as he sometimes raises his voice during meetings when things do not go as expected, rather than maintaining a calm demeanor.
