Nice people, no quick judgement about employees area of improvement, employee given ample time to learn and contribute, no do this now or be fired pressure, lunch bbq, friday happy hours, cell phone and hotspot plans paid by company, 401 retirement savings match, flexible work hours,
Cons
not sure if company is going to make it because sales have slowed, there have been layoffs as a result, company trying to find itself is resulting in rapid change in job titles, processes, procedures, restraint on resources, lot of interns and people trying to figure out how to do their jobs versus highly experienced people leading the way, no formal employee training programs, learn on your own at your own speed approach isnt helping the company move in forward in my opinion
