Pros

Relatively stable company specialising in specialist Contact Centre Software.

Cons

Training and investment in people non-existent. No formal training provided, despite requesting specific training targeted at making current job more efficient, and/or as a stepping stone to possible promotion. Detailed technical training requested at every Employee Annual Review - for 10 years! - but none given.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
