Pros
Company is really good when we talk about the kind of work they do and they provide full technical training of 3 months with pay which is rare to see in any other company. The technical knowledge they provide helps us to grow in other areas too depending on how we look at it. Great benefits like door to door cabs, Good quality food in very minimal cost like 20rs/plate. Good work environment Nice amount of festive activities And a good salary hike make this company an exceptional one.
Cons
There are no such cons what I’ve experienced but sometimes for the role like TAM it becomes very hard to continue night shifts.
