Pros
Competitive pay, good benefits, off shore opportunities, can make good friends, job security if keep quiet and work, good for salary hike or to get visa stamping and better to switch right after.
Cons
Favoritism especially in development department, to grow keep seniors happy, hard work is not really appreciated, legacy technology, increments are not done timely mostly delayed by 6 months, no framework or architecture followed in product.
