Doinstruct has a super down-to-earth culture that makes it easy to feel at home. The product is really meaningful, helping frontline workers who often don’t get the attention they deserve. The business is doing great, and the tool is something our customers genuinely rely on. The team has so much drive and energy, which makes it a fun and inspiring place to work. Plus, with all the growth happening, there are tons of chances to step up, take ownership, and grow personally and professionally.

Things can get a bit hectic and chaotic at times, which is pretty typical for a fast-growing company. You’ll need to be comfortable with some level of ambiguity and figuring things out as you go to really thrive here. It’s not always easy, but if you enjoy a dynamic environment, it can be a great fit.

The product is great and exciting to work with. The team is friendly, cooperative and fun. The founders are super approachable and knowledgeable about the business, and they are focused on creating not just a great product but also a great company to work at. The work-life balance is the best I ever had: demands are reasonable, meetings are kept short and have well-defined objectives. I have the option to work remotely, from Germany or abroad, and on-sight in a super-nice, well-located, dog-friendly office. We also get nice perks and merchs. I could not recommend it enough!!
