The interview process started off great, the initial conversation with recruitment was professional, warm, and encouraging. However, the second interview felt very uncomfortable, with condescending and self-centered communication that came across as dismissive and misogynistic. It was disappointing, especially given the company’s outward image of inclusivity and female leadership. It raised major concerns about the internal culture but not sure it applies to other teams.
