great consultants, good leaders that have been in the business a long time great recognition if you do well, good incentives and good comission structure, paid out very quickly which is imporant! directors are very involved and will speak to anyone in the business and help out
Cons
had a few changes over the year to react to the tougher market, but these are being ironed out now which is good and back to stability
