      Pros

      bpost is one of the rare big Belgian companies It has its Headquarter in Belgium The company offers a lot of job rotation possibilities - in theory - It has nice training facilities - open for all employees Salary and advantages are ok. Work life is for the overwhelming majority ok.

      Cons

      Promotion is based upon ... Nobody knows. Some obtain other function, others do not. There is no real debate culture. Hard working is not rewarded.
